The goods and services that are shown on this price list are those we can provide to our families.

You may choose only the items you desire. HOWEVER, ANY FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS YOU SELECT WILL INCLUDE A CHARGE FOR OUR BASIC SERVICE AND OVERHEAD. If legal or other requirements mean you must purchase any item you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on statement we provide describing the funeral goods and service you selected.

Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent's survivor. Who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any pre-need agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

This list does not include prices for any Cash Advance items that you may ask us to purchase for you, such as an organist and / or other musicians, flowers, clergy honoraria, obituary notice, certified copies of the Death Certificate, Burial Permit, Cemetery or Crematory advances, or other gratuities. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

You may request this mortuary to perform certain services that we do not have on this General Price List. Charges for those certain services will be provided in writing before such services are rendered.

Payment Policy

Payments for the arrangements you have selected is due prior to service time.

The following methods of payment are available for your convenience: cash, check, or major credit card. We will accept an assignable insurance policy upon verification. As dedicated professional we are committed to serving your family. Should you have difficulty meeting these obligations please discuss your situation, in confidence, with your funeral director.

The only warranty of the casket or any other merchandise sold in connection with service is the express written warranty, if any, granted by the manufacture. This Funeral Home makes no warranty, express or implied, including an implied warranty or merchantability, and an implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the casket and/or outer burial container.

 ***The mortuary takes no responsibility for the strength, integrity or appearance of containers furnished by purchaser. Containers must be of a material and design acceptable by the crematory or cemetery. THERE IS NO SCIENTIFIC OR OTHER EVIDENCE THAT ANY CASKET WITH A SEALING DEVICE WILL PRESERVE HUMAN REMAINS.
