The whole process with Jack was very easy and straight forward. I went for the simple cremation package and even got the remains back earlier than expected (may not always be the case with others) so my family from overseas can see my mother's remains before they left the next day.

I went to Tri City last month when my dear friend past away. I had never handled the arrangements for anyone before. Not only trying to deal with my emotions I was also trying to navigate through this process. I just picked a place online near my home. That's how I found Tri City. From my first meeting with Jack (the owner) I felt I was in good hands. He walked me through everything and made this process very smooth. I never felt gouged. Which I have always heard this process could feel. The price was unbelievable reasonable. I had to work with both Jack and his wife Mickie and always felt like I was the only customer they had.
